Stiiizy Inc. is seeking a Distribution Associate in Tolleson, AZ. The role involves fulfilling orders, pulling correct products, and packing for outbound delivery. Training opportunities across the department may be provided to adapt to organizational needs.

Applicant should be self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with strong reading and communication skills. On-site work Monday through Friday with possible weekend requirements.

A Distribution Associate isan employeeresponsible for fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery. Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality controlassessmentsand stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.

• Self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow company picking/packing procedures. Ability to efficiently pull product(s) based on daily orders.

• Ensures order pick/count accuracy.

• Meets specifics set forth by supervisor(s) for all orders promptly.

• Reports out any discrepancies or adjustments neededbythe supervisor.

• Undertakes other duties which may arise or be delegated sometimes.

• Handles inventory with care and attention to detail.

• Follows good manufacturing practices andrequiredwork safety practices.

• Operates various pieces of equipmentie. Pallet Jack, pallet wrapper.

• Must be able tolift50 pounds at times.

• Strong reading and communication skills.

• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Performs work under direct supervision.

• Handles basic issues andproblems andrefers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

• Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!

• Perform other duties as needed in support of businessobjectivesassigned by supervisor.

  This position starts at $17.00/hour.

• Must be over 21 years of age.

• Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.

• Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
