Job summary

Gilder Search Group is hiring a Distribution Associate in Twinsburg, OH to support kit assembly, distribution, and receiving tasks. No experience is required; we train. Expect a steady 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays.

You will use RF scanners to pick orders, package products for outbound shipments, and operate basic material handling equipment. Join a team-focused environment with a reliable schedule and immediate start.

• Package product for outbound delivery.
• Utilize material handling equipment to load/unload trucks.
• Work in small teams to meet daily goals.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Distribution Associate
Pay: $15.50-$17.50 hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
Overtime: Optional Saturdays (first come, first serve)

We currently have openings in Production for roles in kit assembly, Distribution for roles in order picking and packing, and Receiving for forklift operation.
