Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv (Required).
• 1+ year of related work experience in supply chain or customer service setting (Required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with ERP systems desirable (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with updating data related to product conversions and participate in par location item layout design or maintenance.
• Inspect and accept deliveries, ensure items match packing slips, and identify delivery locations.
• Complete replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the system to maintain accurate records.
• Tag capital equipment upon receipt and communicate necessary information to purchasing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepare items for return.
• Deliver supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring correct location delivery.
• Pick up return items and perform daily par cart inventories; deliver supplies to assigned areas.
• Establish relationships with clinical departments to ensure collaboration and provide feedback on par level adjustments.
• Ensure par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked; manage routing and scheduling for disbursement.
• Maintain warehouse and related areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

2nd Shift 230pm - 11pm

Other duties as assigned. Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout. Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations. Completes replenishment, picking, and receiving processes in the computer to maintain accurate records. Tags capital equipment upon receipt and communicates necessary information to purchasing.
