Job summary

Formerra is seeking an Analyst, Distribution Operations to support day-to-day distribution planning and strategic network optimization. You will analyze warehousing, transportation, and inventory data to identify inefficiencies and drive cost-effective improvements.

You'll develop reports and dashboards (KPI, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment) and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, warehouse, and supply chain to implement new systems and processes that enhance service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
3+ years in distribution, logistics, or supply chain analyst role.
Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Analyze warehouse operations, performance metrics, and logistics data to identify trends and improvements.
Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for warehouse productivity and costs.
Partner with warehousing, transportation, and IT teams to improve distribution processes.
Monitor inventory movement and demand trends to optimize storage.
Support implementation of new technologies, systems, and process improvements.
