Job summary

Top Doctors Group is seeking a Fullstack Developer to design and build scalable backend services and user-facing apps within a cloud-native, distributed architecture. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Operations and DevOps to deliver reliable solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js and GCP technologies.

This remote role is based in Spain with flexible hours. The platform integrates MongoDB, BigQuery, and CI/CD pipelines, and you will contribute to code quality,

Qualifications

Experience designing or working with distributed systems.
Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript; experience with Vue.js/Nuxt.js is a plus.
English proficiency and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and evolve Node.js/TypeScript microservices and background workers.
Develop queue-based integrations and event-driven workflows using Pub/Sub.
Build and improve admin and user-facing apps with Vue.js/Nuxt.js.
Improve monitoring, error handling, and CI/CD across services.
Maintain ETL/data integrations and collaborate on technical planning.
