Job summary

Interpath Advisory in Paris seeks an intern to join its Distressed M&A buy-side team for a 6-month internship, advising on sale processes, partnerships and investor searches. The role targets a Master’s student in Corporate Finance, with prior internships in M&A or restructuring, looking to develop in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Finance or related discipline.
• One or two internships in M&A, Restructuring or Transaction Services.
• Available for a 6-month end-of-studies internship.
• Strong interest in M&A, restructuring and investor advisory.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Distressed M&A buy-side mandates.
• Conduct financial analysis and company research.
• Prepare transaction materials, including marketing documents and analyses.
• Assist with investor identification and outreach.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution.
• Liaise with clients, investors and advisers; contribute to live transactions.
