Job summary

Equaryon is seeking advisory interns to work alongside analysts and associates on live transactions across M&A, capital raising and strategic projects in a lean, senior-led environment.

You will assist with presentations, briefing materials and valuation exhibits, conduct industry and company research, organize diligence trackers and data room materials, and contribute to daily market updates while awaiting potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student entering final or penultimate year.
• Strong academic performance in finance, economics, engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modelling preferred.
