UMB’s Corporate Trust and Escrow Services is seeking a Corporate Trust Specialist to be the main point of contact for a specialized distressed debt client group, resolving complex administrative issues and ensuring exceptional client service.

You will support day‑to‑day institutional accounts, including billing, transaction processing, and debt service calculations, while coordinating with corporate legal and other teams to ensure proper setup and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate trust or related fields.
• Experience supporting distressed/debt-related client accounts is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support for a group of distressed debt clients.
• Handle billing for administrative fees and manage cash and investment transactions.
• Review legal documents and coordinate with the corporate legal team to ensure proper mechanics.
• Deliver department-wide training and provide technical development support.
