American Electric Power in Ohio seeks a Distribution Work Scheduling Manager to oversee the district work plan, provide leadership, training, and clear communication to stakeholders, aligning goals with the five-year strategy to maximize customer satisfaction and system reliability.
This role manages staff, budgets, and project/outage activities, guides project management practices, and ensures safety standards.
Responsible for effectively overseeing the execution of the district's work plan while providing leadership, direction, training, and collaborative communication of the work plan to various stakeholders. Effective and responsible oversight of the work plan shall include promoting a positive culture by connecting long and short range goals to the five-year work plan strategy for obtaining maximum customer satisfaction while improving system reliability. This position is also responsible for resource planning and works closely with personnel throughout the district to ensure the most efficient use of internal and external labor.
Successful candidate must live within a safe driving distance from any of our Service Centers within AEP Ohio's service territory.

Compensation Range: $136,539.00 - $177,503.00
