Cognizant seeks a Distinguished Frontier Engineer to drive the design and governance of enterprise-scale AI solutions powering client transformations. You will define AI-native enterprise architectures, design human-agent collaboration models, and establish responsible AI frameworks enabling scalable, secure, and compliant AI adoption across industries.

As a Distinguished Frontier Engineer, you will lead the intellectual design of AI delivery programs, author governance standards and guardrails

Competenze

• 8–15 years of IT experience with leadership in EA/AI initiatives.
• 3+ years in Enterprise/AI Architecture or Digital Transformation leadership.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience guiding large-scale technology transformation programs and executive stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Design AI-native enterprise architectures for large transformation programs.
• Define human-agent capability matrices and operating models for AI-enabled delivery.
• Architect multi-agent ecosystems integrating enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Develop scalable context engineering and knowledge orchestration frameworks.
• Govern AI autonomy with guardrails, policies and escalation controls.
• Lead client workshops and executive design reviews; ensure production readiness.
