Responsibilities

• Define and govern data platforms for transactional and analytical workloads with integrity and recovery.
• Architect cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure across AWS and comparable platforms for resilience and cost-efficiency.
• Design global traffic management and edge delivery for high availability across regions.
• Champion reliability practices, define SLO/SLA, and establish engineering scorecards.
• Set observability standards and drive alignment across engineering groups.
• Mentor Principal and Senior Engineers and leverage Apple-wide capabilities.
