You will be responsible for troubleshooting daily process challenges and driving sustainable improvements through optimization techniques and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, over 5 years of experience in ethanol plants, and a strong ability to lead and communicate. Qualifications

• 5+ years ethanol plant experience with deep knowledge of processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the Atchison facilities.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Serve as relief shift manager when necessary.
