Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains
• Manages the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites, including verification of appropriate clearances and access of users
• Logs potential inadvertent security incidents and maintains site SOPs IAW the appropriate policy and guidance
• Ensures timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government‑approved standards
• Uses government‑specified tools to generate and modify product metadata (including, but not limited to, the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), Create Organize Retrieve and Evaluate (CORE) tool, DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB), and MS Office Suite)
• Performs cross‑domain product dissemination on approved networks and registers product(s) into the approved intelligence repositories

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university, associate's degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline, or high school diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
• 10 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
• Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
• Experience in complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross‑domain operations
• Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
• Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
• Understanding of metadata
• Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks required
