e.l.f. Beauty in New York is seeking a Design Director to conceptualize and design disruptive packaging that reflects the brand's vision across 3-4 brands.

You will be a strategic and creative thinker who drives premium packaging while guiding multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise all aspects of the design process, collaborate with Innovation, Digital, Brand, Project Management, Packaging Development, Production and R&D teams, and lead exciting collaborations with

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design disruptive, “only e.l.f. can do” packaging in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Oversee multiple projects across 3-4 brands, collaborating with Innovation, Digital, Brand, PM, Packaging Development, Production and R&D.
• Lead collaborations with like-minded brands and design PR kits for new product launches.
• Supervise all aspects of the design process, navigate pivots and accelerated timelines while ensuring cost-effective premium packaging designs.
