Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty trends and Gen Z audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create standout packaging that enhances brand look and communication.
• Provide leadership to foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Drive on-trend designs for product launches, PR kits, social media, and collaborations.
• Ensure timely development of high-quality packaging based on briefs and manufacturability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with innovation, design, packaging development, marketing, and operations.
