Position Overview

As a Disposition Agent, you’ll serve as the primary listing expert for our investor-held properties. You’ll work closely with our Institutional Sales team to bring properties to market efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑listing property evaluations and collaborate on pricing strategies
• Coordinate professional photography, marketing setup, and listing documentation
• Strategically position listings on the MLS to attract high‑quality offers
• Gather show‑feedback and provide weekly reports to investor clientsRecommend price adjustments based on market performance and data
• Evaluate offers and negotiate terms for the highest possible investor return
• Coordinate the contract‑to‑close process, including repairs, appraisal follow‑up, and closing documentation
