Job summary

Saks Global, the luxury retailer behind Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Saks OFF 5TH, seeks a Specialist, Growth Marketing - Display. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of upper-funnel display campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth, collaborating with Creative, E‑commerce, Analytics and Paid Social to align initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Marketing, Economics, or Business Management preferred).
• 2+ years of digital performance marketing experience at a media agency or retail company.
• Analytical and able to communicate results clearly to stakeholder audiences at all levels, internal & external.
• Experience with display/programmatic campaigns (DV360, The Trade Desk) and analytics.
• Experience in web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics/Omniture/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute upper-funnel display campaigns with objectives and audience targeting.
• Lead the creative briefing process and refreshes, track performance, and ensure assets are delivered on time.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPSV, CPM, ROAS) to identify insights and trends.
• Serve as the contact for agency and vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and lead optimizations with agency and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align display initiatives with broader goals and share performance updates.
• Support testing roadmap strategy and stay ahead of trends.
• Oversee Display advertising budget, pacing, forecasting, and billing.
