URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Miami Beach seeks a Display Artist to collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in creating two- and three-dimensional displays that reflect discovery, creativity, diversity, and authenticity. A portfolio or examples of your work must be attached.

You will lead and mentor a team on display standards, participate in planning, and ensure installations meet brand presentation guidelines. The role requires morning availability and a strong craft background.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan with authentic style.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and store levels.
• Adaptable leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Artistic background with proficiency in multiple mediums.
• High craftsmanship for two- and three-dimensional displays.
• Experience building/drafting and using tools (e.g., circular saw, mitre saw).
• Must provide examples of previous work or portfolio.
• Willing to work early morning weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager to create engaging experiences reflecting trends in art, design, culture, and fashion.
• Demonstrate impact of display on store sales and profitability.
• Engage customers through displays and host workshops/events when applicable.
• Mentor team on visual expectations, standards, and materials/tool management.
• Attend store meetings to share inspiration and update on company directives.
• Identify and train future display talent and lead by example.
• Collaborate in display planning, sketch ideas, and manage timelines within budget.
• Apply seasonal directions from Home Office to meet store needs; build fixtures and signage.
• Create and install high-quality interior and window displays; maintain back-of-house displays.
