Qualifications

• Ability to create and install two- and three-dimensional displays.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work required.
• Ability to work early morning weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VM Manager to create engaging displays reflecting trends in art, design, culture, and fashion.
• Demonstrate impact of display on store sales and profitability.
• Engage customers through on-floor display work and host workshops/events when applicable.
• Mentor the team by training visual standards and materials management.
• Attend store meetings to share inspiration and information from Home Office.
• Identify and train future display talent.
• Collaborate in display planning, sketch ideas, and monitor timelines within budget.
