Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Dispensing Operator to weigh, measure and dispense raw materials according to SOPs and batch records, ensuring accuracy and safety within a GMP environment.

You will verify material details, operate dispensing equipment, label and transfer materials to production, maintain traceability, and document all quantities and lot numbers with careful attention to detail. This full-time role may require overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions, labels, and batch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and dispense raw materials according to instructions and batch records.
• Verify material name, lot number, status label, and quantity before dispensing.
• Label and transfer dispensed materials to production areas.
• Maintain material traceability and complete dispensing records accurately.
• Report discrepancies or material issues to supervisors.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements; prevent cross-contamination.
• Keep dispensing area clean and organized; wear PPE; handle materials safely.

Job Description Summary:The Dispensing Operator is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and dispensing raw materials according to approved manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
