BD is seeking a contract professional to manage the lifecycle of dispensing capital contracts in the US, based in San Diego. You’ll coordinate with MMS and sales, ensure compliant pricing, and drive profitable deal structures. This role requires in-office presence four days a week and strong Excel/Microsoft skills.
The position emphasizes risk management, governance, and collaboration with Capital Offer Strategy teams to optimize terms and conditions in support of BD’s MMS program.

Fast-track opportunity with training and resources available! You will facilitate BD’s Medication Management Solutions (MMS) US business for Dispensing Capital Contracts. Working with the MMS Selling organization, and cross functionally with other operational departments, you will drive outstanding contract offer development capabilities within established policy, process, and governance to manage business opportunities and risk appropriately.
You will be expected to be in the office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs, currently) in our San Diego, CA office. Should BD’s hybrid work guidelines change in the future, you may need to be in the office on additional day(s).
The Dispensing Contracts team is the bridge that helps connect customers and the Sales team with business requirements to create winning deal structures. This team of deal architects embodies the BD values to confidently advise and compliantly grow the business while making BD easy to do business with. The team holds itself to the highest levels of quality and accountability to deliver excellent customer experiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Capital Contracting, this position supports the Offer Development and Capital Contract Lifecycle aspects of BD’s Medication Management Solutions (MMS) for specific key accounts within the US region.
