Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Senior Category Manager – Fresh Food and Dispensed Beverages.
• Assist with reports, presentations, and materials for category reviews, supplier meetings, and planning discussions.
• Support development and maintenance of coffee, fountain, and beverage assortments and standards.
• Coordinate communications with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams on promotions and launches.
• Cross-train with Category Specialist – Fresh Food to ensure consistent execution across categories.
• Pull and analyze POS, margin, product mix, and category performance data for decision-making.
