Job summary

Altius is seeking a Rec Dispensary Supervisor to lead our frontline retail team. The role focuses on delivering knowledgeable, compliant, and polished service while driving continuous improvement and product integrity.

You will coach budtenders, oversee store operations, cash handling, inventory, and compliance, and partner with leadership to uphold Altius’ standards of excellence and customer experience.

• Resolve customer issues and maintain merchandising standards.
• Support scheduling, performance feedback, and loss-prevention initiatives.

You’ll coach and develop budtenders, manage daily store operations (sales floor, cash handling, inventory, and compliance), drive customer satisfaction, and partner with leadership to maintain product integrity and merchandising that reflects Altius’ commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include supervising and training staff, overseeing opening/closing and cash procedures, enforcing state and local cannabis regulations, executing inventory and cycle counts, resolving customer issues, maintaining merchandising and product quality standards, assisting with scheduling and performance feedback, and supporting SOP updates and loss-prevention efforts.
