Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; cannabis retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Willingness to learn about cannabis and therapies.
• Strong listening and written/verbal communication.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory controls and regulatory compliance.
• Open/close duties and POS readiness.
• Manage cash handling procedures.
• Greet customers and ensure excellent service.
• Know products, deals, promotions, and policies.
• Provide on-site training to Budtenders.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain records.
