Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals.
• Increase dispensary, team and personal sales over a given continuum.
• Deliver great customer experiences through constant personal interaction.
• Assess the customer’s health conditions and needs using available resources.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist on deliveries as a Health Educator.
• Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken.
• Maintain knowledge of the product guide and understand cannabis benefits.
• Communicate status of issues with management.
