Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in a supervisory/management role in a retail setting with POS operations experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong work ethic.
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability, and performance targets through strategic planning and data-driven decisions.
• Monitor revenue, margins, and budgets; coach to results and adjust strategy as needed.
• Optimize menus, pricing, and promotions with Commercial Corporate Teams.
• Oversee payroll, PTO, and overtime; review invoices and performance reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to test and scale new revenue-driving initiatives.
• Activate action plans when KPIs fall below target and ensure regulatory compliance.
