Job summary

Solar-Cannabis-Co. seeks an Dispensary Inventory Specialist to maintain stock on the sales floor, manage inventory systems, and support cost‑effective purchasing. You will work directly with the Dispensary Inventory Supervisor and Dispensary Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Experience with METRC and inventory platforms like Dutchie is a plus. The role requires attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail.
• Organizational and time management skills required.

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

• Report directly to Dispensary Inventory Supervisor, with additional oversight by the Dispensary Manager

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain daily stock of product on sales floor
• Implement inventory tracking systems designated by management
• Maintain and track levels of all supplies within the dispensary
• Analyze various suppliers for non-cannabis product to ensure the company is receiving cost-effective deals
• Research and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking system
• Build knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, and other inventory systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Must pass all required background checks
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies
• Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
• This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time
