Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a General Manager for our Carlsbad dispensary. You will lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize inventory, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of customer service.

You’ll mentor staff, manage the budget, oversee merchandising, and collaborate across the company to deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced cannabis market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a retail management role.
• Retail management experience in cannabis preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proven people management and development skills.
• Strong customer service and supervision of retail staff.
• Proficiency with HR systems, timekeeping, POS and MS Office.

• Provide strategic leadership to the dispensary team and meet performance metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust record-keeping practices.
