Sweetspot Brands is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the New Jersey location. You will manage staff, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain inventory, and support policy updates and training.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, updating procedures, keeping the sales floor organized, and ensuring facility compliance. This role requires 2–3 years of leadership experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience managing staff and general operations knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to create and modify SOPs.
• Ability to handle interpersonal relationships and solve conflicts between employees.

Responsabilidades

• Train all staff members.
• Oversee staff preparing and packaging orders in compliance with cannabis regulations.
• Maintain inventory records and SOP adherence.
• Schedule and supervise inventory activities per NJ regulations and SOPs.
• Document SOP compliance and staff training.
