You will work with dispatch software, monitor routes, and support kitchen and operations teams to keep flight operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further logistics education is a plus.
• Experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS, and related technology.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in transport and catering.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and dispatch catering deliveries to airlines according to established timelines and protocols.
• Monitor delivery status and communicate with drivers, kitchen staff, and airline representatives to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Utilize dispatch software(e.g., Ground Star, CBASE) and systems to track deliveries, manage schedules, and optimize routes.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure all orders are prepared and ready for dispatch.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the delivery process.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and related communications.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with airline clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or relevant supervisor.

Role Purpose Statement

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to transportation and catering services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
