Salary: $20.00/hr. Annual merit increase. Benefits after only 30 days.

Work Environment: Dispatch operates 24/7. This is an in-office position; it is not remote. The minimum availability requirement is to accept your training shift with the dispatcher and then your permanent shift, which could be any day, swing, or grave shift, with two consecutive days off. No split shifts or split days off.

Position Summary:

  • The role primarily involves dispatching ADT patrol officers or security personnel to customer sites for private protective services and alarm responses by using a computerized dispatch system.
  • Monitor incoming alarms.
  • Dispatch appropriate field units to calls.
  • Work under the supervision of a Lead Dispatcher during training to learn dispatch functions, radio codes, policies, and procedures. Develop proficiency to work independently and collaboratively by the end of training.
  • Operate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, working closely with customers and colleagues.
