Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Dispatcher to plan and optimize delivery routes, coordinate with drivers and customers, and ensure accurate invoicing before vehicles depart. This on-site role in the United States requires strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.

The successful candidate will maintain vehicle records, track maintenance, and support fleet operations with attention to detail and timely resolutions. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus for this role at White Cap.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, fleet coordination, or a related operations role.

Responsibilities

• Plans delivery schedules and optimizes delivery vehicle routes.
• Addresses delivery issues with customers and provides resolution.
• Ensures that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure.
• Records all in and out times of vehicles.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and repair records.
• Records availability status of vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
