The City of Twinsburg is looking for a Dispatcher/Records Clerk responsible for managing emergency communications and dispatching services. This full-time position requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and the ability to multitask effectively in stressful situations. Pay starts at $27.74 per hour, with additional credits for qualifications like military service or higher education.
The starting annual probationary compensation rate in 2025 is $27.74/hour ($57,699.20 annually) plus benefits. The top pay range in 2025 is $34.28/hour ($71,302.40 annually). Wages once hired as a Dispatcher/Record Clerk, wages and benefits are determined by a collective bargaining agreement.
Candidates must complete the National Testing Network (NTN) Emergency Communications Exam by11:55 p.m. July 30th, 2025to be considered for the position.Candidates will be notified when the exam opens.

Upon completion of your exam, scores are automatically forwarded to the City of Twinsburg.
