B.H. Inc. (BHI) seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project in Utah. The role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 per year plus per diem for travel expenses, with opportunity to lead high-impact infrastructure work.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex underground utility installations while traveling across project corridors as required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in underground utility, directional drilling, or conduit installation projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, RFIs, and submittals using Bluebeam and MS Office.
• Willingness to commit to 100% heavy travel along project corridors (Panguitch/US-89 region).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead crews, handle inspector walkthroughs, and collaborate with project owners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction management on the Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project.
• Coordinate with project owners and inspectors.
• Travel extensively along Panguitch/US-89 corridors.
• Read and interpret drawings, RFIs, and submittals to support project delivery.
