Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. in Branson, MO is seeking a Dispatcher/Site Office Staff to support Supervisors and Housekeepers. This role coordinates calls, delegates tasks, and ensures timely unit turn-ons while maintaining our service standards.

You will handle guest communications, assist with linen inventories, and resolve guest concerns promptly in a fast-paced office and operations environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required; starting pay is $17 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience communicating effectively with guests, site staff, and associates.
• Experience operating standard office equipment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer and coordinate all phone and radio calls.
• Delegate tasks between employees equally.
• Record lost and found items and ensure safe storage.
• File daily paperwork.
• Maintain a sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
• Assist in linen inventories and supplies as directed.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Make guest deliveries as directed.
• Assist resort guests and owners as needed.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets.
