The role emphasizes communication, scheduling, and decision-making under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday in-office with a partial Saturday half-day. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight movements and delivery schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers, giving direction and resolving issues.
• Monitor driver availability, hours of service, and time-off requests while balancing customer needs.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and service disruptions.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Use transportation software, GPS, and other systems for day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate records and timely communication about freight and service.
