Wagner Mechanical in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a Dispatcher to manage day-to-day scheduling and dispatching of technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical jobs. The role requires critical thinking to assign the best technician for each call and act as the liaison among customers, technicians, service managers, and the customer service team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong English communication, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual a plus, not required.
• Experience in trades like HVAC, plumbing, electrical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians return trips to complete jobs after parts arrival.
• Enter service calls and proactively communicate with technicians.
• Maintain constant communication with field personnel via email, text, and phone.
• Dispatch all service calls to maximize scheduling efficiency.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Warehouse to arrange parts delivery.
• Ensure technicians arrive on time and collect payment after jobs.
