Job summary

Chancey & Reynolds in Knoxville seeks a dispatcher/customer service associate to manage daily schedules for service techs and installers. You will stay in regular contact with customers for follow-ups and updates, working in a fast-paced team setting.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in customer service or dispatching, are highly organized, and comfortable learning new software such as Service Titan. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience in customer service, dispatching or project management.
• Proactive, self-motivated and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train).
• Able to learn new software and map/area knowledge.

About this position

• Maintaining the daily schedule for both service techs and installation teams
• Communicating with customers daily for follow ups, tech arrival updates, scheduling, and more Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork environment High typing and multitasking skills required

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proactive & accountable Self-motivated, fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills especially under pressure
• Familiarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for right person)
• Team player who is a self-starter and able to learn independently
• Confident in utilizing and learning new software programs
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must enjoy helping and working with others

Experience: Dispatching: 1-3+ years (Preferred)

Salary Information

$17 - $20Hourly Wage
