EPS Security is seeking a Dispatcher in Grand Rapids, MI, to monitor alarm signals and promptly contact customers and authorities when needed. You will document responses, process account changes, and handle calls with professional communication.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Effectively and efficiently monitor alarm signals and follow protocols to resolve the alarm signal.
• Contact customer and proper emergency authorities when applicable.
• Properly document all responses to alarms and follow all established rules.
• Process customer account changes.
• Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls and log information from customers.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess:
