Job summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate day-of-service operations, assign runs, monitor real-time service, and communicate with drivers and supervisors. You will document activity and ensure safety and policy compliance to keep transit services reliable and on schedule.

The role requires CDL-B, at least 2 years driving/customer service experience, and flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of general work experience, including driving and customer service.
• CDL-B license holder.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in computer and dispatch software systems.
• Clean driving record with no major offenses.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements For a Dispatcher

• Minimum of 2 years of general work experience, including driving and customer service. (Transit dispatching experience is a plus)
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have CDL-B
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in computer and dispatch software systems.
• Must possess a clean driving record with no criminal convictions, including DWI, DUI, assault, or possession-related offenses.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required to meet operational needs.

Pay: 25.00/ hour
