Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatcher in Springfield, MO to coordinate route sequences, communicate changes to drivers in real time, and provide first‑line support to customers and staff. The role requires organization, calm under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dispatch center.

Responsibilities include sequencing routes, updating drivers, checking in/out drivers, answering phones, and supporting special projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations required.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while positively motivating, coaching, and communicating clear instructions to others.

As a Dispatcher, you will be the hub that keeps every route running on time, coordinating route sequencing, keeping drivers informed of changes in real time, and serving as a first point of contact for customers and team members alike. Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Regularly sits for extended periods while using a phone, radio, and dispatch software.
• Frequent use of a computer and phone for extended periods.
• Occasionally stands and walks within the office to communicate with drivers and staff checking in and out.
• Work is performed primarily in an office or dispatch center environment.
• May require early morning, evening, or extended hours based on business needs.
