Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Dispatcher to join our team! As the central point of communication between our field technicians, office staff, and customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

As a Dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and various areas of the business operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Environment:

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting. Pay Range: $22 — $27 USD
