All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical is seeking a dispatch coordinator in California to manage technician scheduling, answer customer inquiries, and coordinate service requests. The role emphasizes timely dispatch, clear communication of ETAs, and prioritizing urgent calls.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in dispatch and customer service, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• It is preferable to have prior experience in dispatching, customer service, in plumbing, service technicians, or electricians
• 2+ years of dispatch experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Pay Transparency

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$23 plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.

Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
