RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field
• Correctly close out every job – assuring technicians assign all tasks, materials, costs, etc.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress
• Ensure that follow‑up calls are identified and scheduled in a timely manner
• Update and continually be on the look‑out for Service Titan customer data inconsistencies and record needs/discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities
• Previous experience in Home Services Dispatching: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Pest Control etc.
• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
• Be knowledgeable about Bardi products, services, and offer them to the customer in a pleasant professional manner. Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable
• Must be able to clear a drug test and background check
