Job summary

White Cap in Colorado is seeking a Dispatcher to plan delivery schedules, optimize routes, and resolve delivery issues. The role ensures invoice accuracy, records vehicle times, and maintains maintenance logs while supporting a fast-paced logistics team on-site.

We prefer 2–5 years in dispatch, knowledge of the area, and Descartes experience; Spanish is a plus. This on-site position offers strong benefits and room for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics.
• Knowledge of the geographic area.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Experience using Descartes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans delivery schedules and optimizes delivery vehicle routes.
• Addresses delivery issues with customers and provides resolution.
• Ensures that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure.
• Records all in and out times of vehicles.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and repair records.
• Records availability status of vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
