Transdev in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee road service through close coordination with Operators and to provide top-tier customer support to clients. The role emphasizes safety and service reliability in a busy transportation environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of dispatching experience, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and solid problem-solving abilities. A High School Diploma or GED is required; a technical degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Subject to DOT drug testing; comply with DOT 49 CFR Part 40 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by monitoring trip performance, route timeliness, and incidents.
• Provide customer support addressing questions and concerns about trips, including no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage emergency situations for operators and act as liaison with emergency services.
• Oversee daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively addressing issues affecting customer service.
• Perform other duties as required.

Transdev inMilwaukee, WI is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

• $24.90 / hour (Union Collective Bargaining AgreementPayScale)

Benefits include:

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

• Sick days: 3 paid after one year of service

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc.

• Provide customer support by responding to questions and concernsregardingcustomer trips including no shows,cancellationsand missed trips.

• Manage emergency situations for vehicleoperators,act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.

• Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations thatimpactcustomer service.

• Other duties asrequired.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

• The employee isgenerally subjectedtolong periodsspent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

• Workenvironment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
