  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch safety technicians to job sites based on operational needs and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate safety coverage for completions, workover, and production operations.
  • Maintain real-time communication with safety technicians via phone, email and dispatch systems.
  • Track technician locations, job status, and hours worked.
  • Schedule and confirm safety equipment delivery (H2S monitors, breathing air, gas detection equipment, etc.).
  • Ensure technicians are properly certified and compliant with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to emergency calls, incidents, and last-minute coverage requests.
  • Accurately document job details, safety reports, and daily dispatch logs.
  • Work closely with operations managers, office staff, and clients to adjust schedules as needed.
  • Support invoicing, payroll, and reporting related to safety services.
  • Promote and uphold company safety policies and industry best practices.
