Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Lowell, AR seeks a Dispatcher for contract-to-hire duties coordinating field technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring timely service delivery.

You will call technicians, track COIs, prepare billing documents, and support the Project Manager with daily tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requires HS diploma, strong computer skills, 40 WPM typing, and excellent communication; shifts include 8A-5P, 2P-10P, or 7A-4P with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• College degree or education highly desirable.
• Phone calls with peers and technicians.
• Proficient with computers, email, spreadsheets, and MS Office.
• Excellent customer relations and communication; verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Outstanding time management and multitasking.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.
• Network troubleshooting, Cat-5 cabling/fiber knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an updated, organized, fast-paced schedule.
• Call technicians and dispatch them on jobs with confidence.
• Track COIs and manage deliverables for completed jobs.
• Create BIS documents for billing.
• Support the Project Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Provide administrative and logistical project support.
• Create and maintain project files.
• Assist in scheduling and billing.
• Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

(1) SUNDAY-THURSDAY 2PM-10PM
(1) SUNDAY-THURSDAY 7AM-4PM

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• College Education or degree highly desirable.
• Talking on the phone with peers and technicians.
• Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, and organizational and follow-up skills.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and task switch efficiently.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.
• Network troubleshooting, Cat-5 Cabling/Fiber knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service tickets to available technicians Nationwide.
• Provide any necessary documentation for service tickets.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Provide administrative and logistical project support.
• Create and maintains project files.
• Assist in project scheduling and billing.
• Maintain the company's high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.
• Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
