Pomp’s Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to join our Joliet, IL team. You will manage tire service dispatch operations and assist with service billing to maintain accurate records and a smooth workflow. Work hours are Wednesday-Sunday, 2:30pm-11:00pm.

Key responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating with departments, dispatching crews, and maintaining logs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and speed in data entry are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and document essential information.

• Monitor field unit routes and schedules to optimize daily operations.

• Maintain and update call logs, records, and other essential documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support dispatch operations
