PAM Transport is seeking an Operations role on the off shift to support planning and coordination across Planners, Account Managers, and Operations Managers. You will work in a team focusing on the growth and reliability of our transportation operations.
The role offers a 4x3 schedule (Wednesday–Saturday, 6pm–6am with alternating Wednesday) and a $50,000–$60,000 annual pay range, depending on experience. PAM emphasizes a small-town feel with big-company growth opportunities.
PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 as a 5 truck operation. In our 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,500 trailers. We are growing and currently looking to add members to our off shift team! This role is an opportunity to gain valuable operational experience. Day to day, you will work closely with Planners, Account Managers, Operations Managers, etc.. within Operations and will play a key role in the operational growth of PAM.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 dependent on experience. We are looking to fill the following shift:
4x3 Wednesday-Saturday, 6pm-6am with an alternating Wednesday
